1. Our Position on Copyright

TRTV is a streaming service that delivers content via licensed third-party IPTV streams. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement. 4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter notice must include:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, TRTV maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service for users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Limitation of Liability

TRTV acts as an intermediary service provider and is not responsible for content provided by third-party IPTV streams. By submitting a DMCA notice, you acknowledge that any misrepresentation of material facts may subject you to civil liability for damages, including court costs and legal fees.
