3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Renewals refunds apply only to the initial subscription purchase
  • Partner/Reseller credit purchases these are non-refundable once activated
  • Issues caused by the user's own internet connection, device, or third party app
